How do I book a class?
You can book a class by filling out the form on our website, calling us directly, or sending an email to bookings@himalayanyog.in.
What should I bring to a yoga class?
We recommend bringing comfortable clothing, a water bottle, and a small towel. Yoga mats and props are provided, but you're welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
Are your classes suitable for beginners?
Yes, we offer classes for all levels, including complete beginners. Our teachers will provide modifications and guidance to ensure a safe and enjoyable practice.
How do I get to your center?
Our center is located in Almora, Uttarakhand. We can arrange transportation from Dehradun airport or Kathgodam railway station upon request.
What is your cancellation policy?
For classes, we request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. For retreats, our policy varies depending on the retreat; details are provided at the time of booking.
